THE FOLLOWING TERMS APPLY TO WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS ONLY
HOURS	Office hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm (Pacific Time.)
MINIMUMS	Minimum opening order is $150. There is no reorder minimum. Please note minimum quantity requirements listed under individual items; pre-pack assortments (PP's) cannot be broken up.
TERMS	COD or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.) Net 30 available with approved 'ZAD credit application (click here for application - fill out the form directly online, print and fax to us at 1-805-961-4405) A 1.5% per month (18% per year) finance charge will be added to past due accounts. Non-sufficient funds checks subject to $35 charge.
RETURNS	Online Return Form 'ZAD 90 Day Guarantee Because we want all customers to have the best merchandise selection for their store we happily accept back unsold styles for merchandise credit. We encourage you to keep everything for a full 90 days but if certain styles remain unsold at 90 days we allow another 30 days to contact us for a return authorization number (RA#) for merchandise credit to your 'ZAD account. As our products are fashion forward we ask you to note the following stipulations: Returned items must be individually packaged and in saleable condition. All returns must be accompanied by an RA#. We must be contacted regarding defective merchandise within 7 days of receipt. You may choose ‘ZAD credit or merchandise replacement. A credit memo is required for invoice payment deductions. Returns after 120 days subject to 15% restocking fee. No returns on sale, reduced price, discounted, or special order merchandise. Absolutely no returns after 9 months. By working together, we will make sure you only have the styles that ensure your complete satisfaction.
PRICING	Wholesale prices are subject to change. Sale items not subject to further discount.
BACKORDERS	Backorders over $25 will be shipped when the goods are available. ‘ZAD pays freight (UPS Ground) on all backorders over $75 within the US.
SHIPPING	We ship UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. Freight charges as per UPS rates. Freight includes shipping & handling. Freight is not shown for web orders when they are placed as freight is charged by actual weight which is determined at the time of shipping.
